The Lakota pumpkin was easy to slice (compared Mandan squash). The meat is declicious raw as well as cooked. The one pumpkin contained 242 seeds that weighed 50.4 grams when dried.

Iroquois Skunk Beans harvested 15 July 2025. I estimate approximately 500 ml total bean yield from one bush composed of several plants. 150 ml = 264 beans = 133 grams.

Apache Sunflower - only one plant survived the summer and it had a single head that produced stripped kernels. The head measured 17 cm in diameter and yielded 250 ml of seeds (662 seeds) which had a dry weight of 54 grams. 2.4 meters tall.
